1. Create proxy server(s).

Location: click 'Options & Tools -> Proxy Servers' module link on the main interface.
Note: only if your computer cannot connect to the SMTP server directly in your LAN.

2. Create SMTP account(s).

Location: click 'Options & Tools -> SMTP Accounts' module link on the main interface.

3. Create email template(s) or modify the build-in template(s).

Location: click 'Emails -> Email Templates Manager' module link on the main interface.

4. Create or import contacts/employees/festivals.

Location: click the corresponding module link in 'Persons' group on the main interface.

Now, AMSBE will send the birthday wishes and season's greetings to your contacts and employees automatically, and you can click 'Queue & Log -> Queue and Log Manager' module link on the main interface to view sending queue and log.
