1. Create Proxy Server(s) (Optional)

Location: click 'Options & Tools -> Proxy Servers' module link on the main interface.
Note: only if your computer cannot connect to the SMTP server directly in your LAN.

2. Create SMTP Account(s)

Location: click 'Options & Tools -> SMTP Accounts' module link on the main interface.

3. Create Email Template(s) or Modify the Built-in Template(s) (Optional)

Location: click 'Emails -> Email Templates Manager' module link on the main interface.
Note: only if you do not want to use the built-in email template(s).

4. Create or Import Contacts/Employees/Festivals

Location: click the corresponding module links under 'Persons'/'Festivals' groups on the main interface.

Now, AMSBE will send the birthday wishes and season's greetings to your contacts and employees automatically, and you can click 'Queue & Log -> Queue and Log Manager' module link on the main interface to view sending queue and log.
