Purpose

Selects recipients from files, supports the text files (.txt, tab separated), Excel files (.xls/.xlsx, supports multi-sheet, selecting sheet(s) and previewing workbook), the comma separated values files(.csv) and all other format text files.

Open Method

Click 'Tools -> Select Recipients -> from Files...' menu item or

button on the main interface.

Note

After selected file, you need to input the number of columns for the selected file: 1 or 2, default: 2, 1 - only email address (display name = user name of email address (left part at '@')), 2 - display name and email address.
This module does not check the duplicate when you import recipients from files to the left list, because this action is inefficient, so please do not import a file twice or more.

Commands Reference

<Open...> - opens a recipients file and adds its recipients to the left list.
<Clear> - clears the left recipients list.
<Select All> - selects all the recipients in the left list box <Ctrl+A>.
<Delete> - deletes the selected recipients from the 'To/CC/BCC' list <Del>.
<To ->> - adds the selected recipients to the 'To' list.
<CC ->> - adds the selected recipients to the 'CC' list.
<BCC ->> - adds the selected recipients to the 'BCC' list.
<Help> - displays online help for this interface <F1>.
<OK> - confirms your selection and closes this dialog box <Enter>.
<Cancel> - discards your selection and closes this dialog box <Esc>.

One column format (only email address (display name = user name of email address (left part at '@'))):
