The Tools menu offers the following commands:

Request Read ReceiptRequests read receipt for the receivers.
from Address Book...Selects recipients from system address book (WinXP).
from Files...Selects recipients from the files.
Save Recipients to File...Saves current recipients to txt/csv/xls/xlsx file.
Address BookManages system contacts.
View Log ('unsuccessfully' -> Failed Sending)Views the sent log of this month, please find the 'unsuccessfully' word to see the failed sendings.
Logs ManagerManages your sending logs in the Windows Explorer, you can edit or delete them.
Templates Manager...Manages your message templates, you can preview/rename/delete the template(s).
Macros Manager...Manages the macros that can be used for the content of messages.
Input Prompt Manager...Manages the input prompt list for [To], [CC] and [BCC] fields.
Options...Displays and sets AMSSE options.


Request Read Receipt command Top

Use this command to request read receipt for the receivers.

from Address Book... command Top

Use this command to select recipients from system address book (WinXP).

Note: Auto Mail Sender™ Standard Edition does not support selecting recipients from the Windows Contacts of Windows Vista/7 currently. Usually, AMSSE users select recipients from the csv/txt/xls/xlsx files, so you can export your recipients from Windows Contacts to the csv file and select recipients from the exported file.

from Files... command Top

Use this command to select recipients from the files on the 'Select Recipients from Files' interface.

Save Recipients to File... command Top

Use this command to save current recipients to txt/csv/xls/xlsx file.

Address Book command Top

Use this command to manage system contacts.

View Log ('unsuccessfully' -> Failed Sending) command Top

Use this command to view the sent log of this month, please find the 'unsuccessfully' word to see the failed sendings.

Use this command to manage your sending logs in the Windows Explorer, you can edit or delete them.

Use this command to manage the macros that can be used for the content of messages, AMSSE provides some common macros and you can add your specific macros also.

Use this command to display and set AMSSE options on the 'Options' dialog box.
