The Insert menu offers the following commands:

Attach Files...Attaches files.
Attach Folder...Attaches folder.
Open/RunRuns/opens the selected attachment.
RemoveRemoves the selected attachment.
ClearClears the attachments list box.
Text from File...Inserts the text from the selected file.
Picture...Inserts a picture into the message.
Horizontal LineInserts a horizontal line into the message.
HyperlinkModifies the selected text to associate it as a hyperlink.
SignatureInserts the selected signature into the message.
MacroInserts the selected macro into the [Content] area.


Attach Files... command Top

Use this command to attach files.
Shortcuts
   Toolbar (attachments area):

Use this command to attach folder.

Open/Run command Top

Use this command to run/open the selected attachment.
Shortcuts

   Keys: click file icon.

Remove command Top

Use this command to remove the selected attachment.

Clear command Top

Use this command to clear the attachments list box.

Text from File... command Top

Use this command to insert the text from the selected file.

Picture... command Top

Use this command to insert a picture into the message, only enabled in the 'Rich Text' message.

Horizontal Line command Top

Use this command to insert a horizontal line into the message, only enabled in the 'Rich Text' message.

Hyperlink command Top

Use this command to modify the selected text to associate it as a hyperlink, only enabled in the 'Rich Text' message.

Signature command Top

Use this command to insert the selected signature into the message.

Macro command Top

Use this command to insert the selected macro into the [Content] area.
Note: if you have not set the user defined macros, they are invisible under the "Macro" menu item.
