The File menu offers the following commands:

New Message	Creates a new email message.
Open Template...	Opens an existing email template.
Save as Template...	Saves current email as template.
One by One	Uses the one by one mode for sending this message to every receiver.
Send Message Instantly	Sends current message instantly.
Sending Schedule...	Schedules emailing for the email templates.
Export Data...	Exports AMSSE data to the specified folder for backup.
Import Data...	Imports AMSSE data from the specified backup folder or AMSSEv3.xx data.
Print...	Prints the content of current message.
Close UI	Closes Auto Mail Sender Standard Edition UI only.
Exit Completely	Quits Auto Mail Sender Standard Edition completely, including UI and scheduler.

New Message command Top

Use this command to create a new email message.

Open Template... command Top

Use this command to open an existing email template.
Shortcuts

Save as Template... command Top

Use this command to save current email as template.

One by One command Top

Use this command to use the one by one mode for sending this message to every receiver.

Send Message Instantly command Top

Use this command to send current message instantly.

Note: a few SMTP servers reject sending emails to self (the sender is the same as the receiver), if your message can not be sent successfully, you may check this reason; a few SMTP servers reject sending the unsafe executable file (such as .exe/.bat/.com) directly, the server will return the 552 error code (for instance: smtp.gmail.com), you can compress these files and then send it to solve this problem. Now, even the compressed files that include the unsafe executable files are not allowed to send also, such as Gmail, please click here to know more detail.

Sending Schedule... command Top

Use this command to schedule emailing for the email templates on the 'Sending Schedule' interface, all the automatic emailing settings are set in this module.

Export Data... command Top

Use this command to export AMSSE data to the specified folder for backup.

Import Data... command Top

Use this command to import AMSSE data from the specified backup folder or AMSSEv3.xx data.

Print... command Top

Use this command to print the content of current message.

Close UI command Top

Use this command to close Auto Mail Sender Standard Edition UI only.

Exit Completely command Top

Use this command to quit Auto Mail Sender Standard Edition completely, including UI and scheduler.
